After 41 Years, Dr Bowen is Retiring

Dear Friends,

It is with mixed emotions that I have decided to retire as of July 1st. In July I will celebrate my 68th birthday and 41 years in practice.  What really sealed my decision was when my daughter, Angie, and Lee gave birth to my first grandchild, James Matthew, now 3 months old.  He is a healthy, good natured baby who is beginning to smile. Spending time watching him grow and develop will be a priority of mine in retirement.

Without a doubt, I will miss the day to day pleasure of working with my team and all the wonderful patients I have come to know over the years.  Watching the circle of life where patients as children develop into teenagers, trying to figure out their destiny, then becoming adults now having their own children, has been a humbling and most enjoyable experience for me.  I can’t thank you all enough for trusting me and my staff with your dental needs. Dr. Dennis Thornley and Dr. Kelly Reinhardt will provide a smooth transition and continue to provide you with excellent care following my retirement. In the meantime, I wish everyone a safe and healthy future as I am looking forward to the next chapter in my life.

Sincerely,

Dan Bowen, D.D.S.
